Three purchases, income of 20 per hour and an 8-hour workday. All amounts use the same currency.

Formula and limits
Total = quantity × final unit price. Work hours = total ÷ hourly income. Workdays = work hours ÷ hours per workday.
1 × 120 + 2 × 45 + 3 × 30 = 300.00 300.00 ÷ 20 = 15.00 15.00 ÷ 8 ≈ 1.88
