Choose the U.S. 2×2 inch, UK 35×45mm or Canada 50×70mm size, load a photo, adjust its zoom and position, then download a 300 DPI PNG. When the layout has white margin or gap space, non-overprinting cut marks stay entirely outside every photo. The photo is decoded and laid out only inside the current browser tab; the tool has no upload, account, storage or analytics.
Before printing, compare the selected dimensions and the original photo with the issuing authority's current rules. Print at 100% or Actual Size and measure one finished crop with a ruler.
