AI Brief: AI Prompt from Files
What AI Brief: AI Prompt from Files does with your data, where that data lives, and what you can control.
Last updated: 2026-09-02
The short version: no account needed, no personal data collected, no third-party advertising, no third-party analytics.
Who this app is for
AI Brief: AI Prompt from Files is made for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and it asks for no information that would identify anyone.
What we collect
We do not collect, store or transmit personal data to our servers. AI Brief: AI Prompt from Files has no user accounts and no sign-in.
Where your data lives
Anything you create or set up in AI Brief: AI Prompt from Files is stored on your device through Apple's standard on-device storage, and is removed with the app when you delete it.
Photos and camera
Photos you choose are processed on your device. AI Brief: AI Prompt from Files does not upload them, and it only ever sees the items you pick — never your whole library.
Text and speech recognition
Recognition runs through Apple's on-device frameworks. The text or audio being analysed stays on your device, and the result is not sent to us.
Sharing and export
When you export or share something, it goes wherever you send it through the standard iOS share sheet. That step is yours, and nothing is sent anywhere until you choose a destination.
Purchases
In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). We never receive or store payment details. The same Apple Account restores a purchase on a new device.
Third parties
The app contains no third-party advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not build a profile of you across apps or websites.
Children's privacy
Because the app collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children either. We never ask a child for a name, date of birth, contact details, photos or health data.
Your choices
Because no personal data leaves your device, there is no account here for us to delete. To remove local data, simply delete the app. For any privacy question or concern, please write to us.
Changes to this policy
If the app changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
