Privacy Policy

TripBee Pro is an offline-first trip planner with optional private iCloud sync and shared-trip collaboration. The developer does not collect, sell, or share your personal data. TripBee Pro has no developer-run account system, advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking.

1. Data we collect

None. TripBee Pro does not send personal information or travel content to the developer. The app does not require a TripBee account, sign-up, email address, or profile, and the developer operates no travel-data server. We do not use analytics, advertising, IDFA, or third-party tracking technologies.

2. Local and iCloud storage

TripBee Pro stores the content you create locally so core planning remains available offline. If iCloud is available, Apple CloudKit also stores and synchronizes trips, daily itinerary items, flights, hotels, restaurants, activities, notes, packing lists, photos, tickets, and other attachments in your private iCloud account.

Photos are selected through Apple’s system photo picker (PHPicker). The app does not request access to your photo library and does not read or scan your album.

3. iCloud sync and shared trips

CloudKit synchronization is provided by Apple using the iCloud account already configured on your device. You can also create an Apple CloudKit share and invite other iCloud users to a trip. Accepted participants receive read-and-write access to that shared trip, including its notes, packing lists, photos, tickets, and attachments. Apple processes the storage, synchronization, sharing invitation, and silent push notifications. The developer cannot read or retrieve this content.

If iCloud is unavailable or disabled, core planning continues locally. Synchronization, sharing, and receiving other participants’ changes require iCloud and a network connection.

4. Payment

TripBee Pro is a paid download priced at US$5.99, with a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. There are no in-app purchases and no subscription. We do not receive your name, card number, billing address, or other payment details.

5. No ads, analytics, or tracking

TripBee Pro contains no advertising, no third-party analytics SDKs, no behavioural profiling, and no cross-app tracking. We do not use the device advertising identifier (IDFA).

6. Data retention and deletion

You remain in control of your content. Deleting a local-only trip or attachment removes it from that device. Deleting a synchronized or shared item in the app requests its deletion from iCloud and the participating devices; delivery can take time while a device is offline. Deleting the app removes its local copy but does not by itself delete content already stored in iCloud. You can also manage TripBee’s iCloud data through Apple’s iCloud settings and manage participants through the Apple share sheet.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
